1. Actors and activities

   1. AMO

      • Apply for renewal of 14 CFR part 145 repair station approval 60 days before expiration by submitting FAA Form 8310-3 and supporting documentation (changes affecting FAA SAS Vitals information, dangerous goods letter if applicable, FAA supplement to the MOE if changed, statement of continued need) to CAA-NL.

   2. CAA-NL

      • Review application for renewal.
      • Send invoice to AMO.
      • Perform ad-hoc audit, if necessary.
      • Accept corrective action plan.
      • Complete FAA Form 8310-3.
      • Complete Audit Report 2. Only Audit Report 2 is required to cover all facilities under one approval certificate.

   3. AMO

      • Pay fee to CAA-NL.

   4. CAA-NL

      • Send applicable documents to FAA.

   5. FAA

      • Review application for renewal.
      • Send invoice to AMO.

   6. AMO

      • Pay fee to FAA.

   7. FAA

      • Provide new FAA Form 8000-4 Air Agency Certificate and FAA Form 8000-4-1 Repair Station Operations Specifications to AMO.

   8. AMO

      • Sign and return copy of OpSpecs to FAA and CAA-NL.

   9. CAA-NL

      • Enclose auditing of activities conducted in accordance with the FAA supplement to the MOE in the regular oversight programme.
