Official’s commentary
This is an equipment inspection for ‘Wet vervoer gevaarlijke stoffen’ (Carriage of Dangerous Goods Act) performed by the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate. Prior to delivery of the container, a Bill of lading and a Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD) must be sent to prisma@ilent.nl, stating the container number. If the cargo has not been reported as dangerous goods, this must be stated when submitting the documentation and a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) must be included. The other containers of this shipment, namely ABCD 1234568, must be blocked by you.

You must ensure that a proper inspection can be performed by the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate or Customs.
