Operationeel proces wijziging BASA EU-USA

1. Actors and activities

   1. AMO

      • Apply for change of 14 CFR part 145 repair station approval by submitting FAA Form 8310-3, supporting documentation and updated FAA SAS Vitals information to CAA-NL.

   2. CAA-NL

      • Review application for change.
      • Send invoice.
      • When certificate is affected, discuss with FAA how to proceed.

   3. FAA

      • Provide feedback to CAA-NL how to proceed, when asked for.

   4. CAA-NL

      • Perform on-site review in case of change of ratings or facilities.
      • Perform documentation review.
      • Complete FAA Form 8310-3.
      • Complete Audit Report 2 for each additional fixed location and line station.

   5. AMO

      • Pay fee to CAA-NL.

   6. CAA-NL

      • Send applicable documents to FAA.

   7. FAA

      • Review application for change.
      • Send invoice to AMO.

   8. AMO

      • Pay fee to FAA.

   9. FAA

      • Forward new FAA Form 8000-4 Air Agency Certificate and FAA Form 8000-4-1 Repair Station Operations Specifications to AMO.

   10. AMO

       • Sign and return copy of OpSpecs to FAA en CAA-NL.

   11. CAA-NL

       • Enclose auditing of activities conducted in accordance with the FAA supplement to the MOE in the regular oversight programme.
